Because of time constraints and a large volume of clients looking for help, our program is application-based. ​

1. Schedule: Please pick out a time so that we can discuss your goals, and help you determine if we're a good fit for your situation.(This is FREE, but as of 12/1/2020, we're asking for a REFUNDABLE deposit of $100 because of no-shows, which take away the opportunity for others to get help from us.)

2. Complete Assessment: Once you've scheduled your consultation, complete the only assessment (the link is on the scheduler outcome page and via email).

3. Show Up: Show up for your video consultation. You will receive your deposit back simply by...

   a) showing up on time for your scheduled meeting, and,

   b) not canceling or rescheduling less than the 24-hour notice policy.
